Finding the things needed for that wouldn't be easy in this place.. Although there are a few ways that are sort of painless but still fairly messy, I guess.

I'm not an expert, but sometimes it depends on luck too. A car hitting you could just take you out in one go like that, but if it goes wrong it could just become a drag.
