[Suddenly wanting to see the people she knows face-to-face rather than just through the comm, Chihiro has decided that walking around outside to visit people all by herself is a totally good idea. Completely safe even. Is this smart? Probably not, but for whatever reason she can't bring herself to ignore this impulse. With that said though, it's scenario time!

(A) For any CR she knows, if she actually knows where you live, she is knocking on your door!
(B) For anyone in general, you spot Chihiro walking around completely unarmed outside. Stop her and ask what in the world she's doing? Ignore her?

[ It's an apartment and it looks like an apartment. Though it's shared by some other people. There are a few blankets in a pile in the corner of the living room area, as well as a mug of something. ]
